You can request deletion of your SSH Remote account from inside the mobile application. How to request deletion 1. Open SSH Remote. 2. Open Profile or Settings. 3. Open Account & Security. 4. Choose Delete Account. 5. Review what will be removed and confirm the request. What happens next Your account enters the configured deletion grace period. During that period the app may provide a cancellation option. After the grace period, account data and cloud data associated with the account are deleted or anonymized according to the service deletion process. Data covered by deletion This includes encrypted Cloud Sync records, cloud backup payloads, device sessions, authentication identities, notification preferences, export files, wrapped encryption-key material and other account-linked application data. Limited records Some limited payment, security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained or anonymized rather than immediately erased. SSH passwords, private keys and terminal command history are not intended to be retained as readable backend content. If you cannot access the app Contact the support address published on sshremote.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a deletion request.
